Do I need a Yoga mat to do the DVD?
There are no places close to me that have yoga classes, so I am going to buy a yoga DVD. I was wondering, do I need to buy a yoga mat too? What things do I need, if any, to do a yoga DVD at home? Thanks!
A yoga mat is most need’ed for balance. It’s really hard to do it on carpet or hard wood flooring.
They also use the mat for direction (top of the mat, bottom, side, etc…)
