1.HATHA YOGA: It prepares us, through kriyas (cleansing techniques), asanas (physical postures) and pranayam (breathing techniques), for higher practices in yoga.
2.KUNDALINI YOGA: Shakti is the active creative force of the universe. It is this life force that binds the whole of creation. It is this life force that is responsible for our existence and is also known as the Kundalini.
3.MANTRA YOGA: A mantra is a combination of syllables or words that correspond to a particular energy vibration. The essential technique is japa, or mental repetition of the mantra to invoke that energy in our selves. If done with concentration and pure intent, it is a form of prayer that purifies and raises our vibrations. It brings a sense of peace and calm, which are essential to meet the Divine within.
4.JNANA YOGA: It is the path of knowledge. Through spiritual knowledge, we are able to discern right from wrong, so that we can make good choices and avoid building bad karma (the law of cause and effect). We use spiritual knowledge to get rid of our bad qualities and replace them with good qualities. Most of our suffering is due to the darkness of ignorance and this suffering can be removed only with the light of knowledge.
5.KARMA YOGA: It is the path of selfless service. Selfless service is at the core of our Higher Self and is the source of true peace and happiness. We express our love for God by serving all His creations. This yoga is the key for making the worldly path a divine path, by helping genuine good people.
6.BHAKTI YOGA: Bhakti is the approach of pure intense love, devotion to God, and attachment to Him alone. God is to be regarded as the devotee’s parent, master, friend, child, husband or sweetheart, each succeeding relationship representing an intensification of love.
7.RAJA YOGA (Ashtanga Yoga): It is a practical and systematic path, codified by sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras somewhere around 200 B.C. It is also known as the eightfold path as it is made up of eight angas, or limbs.

Lhasa, China is not thought of any vacation destination although Lhasa remains one of the most remote, seemingly mysterious and even romantic places on earth. After it is out of reach, it is not always easy to achieve, and then, when it does, the question is knowing where to find a decent Lhasa Hotel.
The House of Shambhala would be the perfect answer, even though it may be perfect example of a boutique hotel, but no standard, it's a small newly opened boutique hotel in Lhasa, Tibet is now underway in China. It is certainly preferable to an anonymous Chinese hotels are in Lhasa.
House of Shambala is very different than most people saw that for the hotel.
It is in the Barkhor in the historic heart of old Lhasa, and it seems that nothing that enters into the street. In fact, you wondering if the wizard has brought you to the right place when you pass a number of prayer wheels, and suddenly you are in a traditional house of Lhasa which has obviously been carefully restored and converted into a real funky boutique hotel
House Shambalha is a type of house where he lived a man who has, and has three floors, built around a courtyard with prayer wheels and the shrine in the lobby.
Available 10 rooms and each of them differ in size and design, painted in gold, saffron, violet, or cinnamon and filled with hand painted antique chairs meditation, yoga mats, white matte leather and beautiful Buddhist images. Everything has a real medieval feel to it, with stone walls and wooden floors. Pillows and shade their eyes and Buddha all corners to yak butter lamps and shades emphasizing medieval feel place.
Beds are kept in Chinese-style platform, which serves only to emphasize the traditional, the whole place.
Bathrooms have shower stone wall, heat lamps, which are necessary and scented soaps Tibet.
If possible, book a room floor more because they get more sun, or if you want privacy, there are two rooms that make up your own backyard, with its own separate staircase.
View from the roof of the house Shambhala sipping a cocktail and watch the local some local dancers are impressive and is just one of the things which make this a unique luxury boutique hotel. The second is, of course, a position astride the ravine in the old Tibet Lhasa.
Unexpectedly Rooms are warm, even with snow on the ground, and no hot water at will.
Restaurant has good food, a mixture of Indian, Tibetan, Chinese and East tikka with absolutely amazing. Surprisingly, yak meat is tasty and worth a try.
Spa side has a wonderful immersion bath and massage can be an excellent day trip Lhasa.
The staff is friendly and very helpful, even though their knowledge of English is less than perfect, but Lhasa, after all!
If Lhasa, Tibet, China is a place where you want to go, then the House of Shambhala is the best place to stay, very comfortable and well situated to see the old Lhasa.
